Armour Boost is a supplement that provides an easily absorbed silica for plants. Silica is a mineral product supplied to plants as a nutrient that provides rigidity and structural endurance for crops. Silica is known to increase root growth, boost yield, and enhance crop quality.

Additional information

Application:

Armour Boost can only be applied as a foliar spray. Use 3.8 ml (3/4 tsp) of product with one gallon (1 gal) of water or 1:1,000 product to water, unless otherwise specified in the table below. After dilution, spray the product onto the plant's leaves. Do not apply prior to excessive rains, since this may reduce product effectiveness.

This product is made from naturally derived ingredients and is non-toxic. Appropriate land management practices should be used at all times with any fertilizer; this material should be prevented from entering public or private water supplies (including wells) and any lake, stream, or river.

Mode of Action:

Armour Boost is formulated as a premium concentrated silica product derived from a potassium silicate solution. After applying Armour Boost, it is absorbed quickly into the roots and leaves. Being an integral part of the cell walls, silica provides rigidity and structural endurance for crops, adding needed resilience during harsh weather and against harmful pests. The balance amount of Si in the plants boosts photosynthesis and chlorophyll content, and improves drought resistance. Lt can also lower irrigation rates, neutralize heavy metal toxicity and counter the negative effects of excess sodium.
